The manor is surrounded by forest and situated 100 meters from the Augustow Canal. It is a two-storey house. The maximum capacity is 50 people and 20 sleeping accommodations. A banquet room with a fireplace and a kitchen are located on the ground floor. Four bedrooms, a billiard room, a bathroom with a shower are located on the first floor. There are all facilities for recreational activities and entertainment in the manor:
